STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD | |
20 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed 4 lg. eggs 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil 3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped nuts Stir strawberries, oil, and eggs to combine. Sift flour and dry ingredients; stir to blend. Add wet ingredients to dry; blend. Pour into large tube pan or 3 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2) bread tins that are buttered and floured. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean. |
