CRANBERRY-NUT BREAD 
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. grated orange rind
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. light raisins
1 1/2 c. chopped fresh cranberries
3/4 c. nuts, chopped

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt in large bowl. Cut in butter until it is crumbly. Add egg, rind (orange) and orange juice; stir until mixed. Add raisins, cranberries and the nuts. Put into greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done. Remove and cool on wire rack.
