5 lbs. flour
1 1/2 qts. water
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 lg. yeast cake

Dissolve yeast in sugar water. Heat milk and add butter until it melts. Beat in eggs to milk and butter. Make a well with flour and add all wet ingredients. Then mix (grease pans).

Loaves 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Buns 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Cinnamon Rolls 20 minutes (space) to raise test oven to 400 degrees.
