RHUBARB ICE CREAM 
1 c. rhubarb sauce
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped

Make rhubarb sauce by simmering 1/3 quart sugar and 1 quart of rhubarb (cut up) until tender. Add 2 drops of red food coloring if desired. Combine rhubarb sauce and whipped cream. Freeze.
