1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can cherry pie filling (Thank You brand)
1 can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1 container Cool Whip
Pecans (optional)
Marshmallows (optional)
Coconut (optional)

Mix everything together. Chill well before serving.
