YUM YUM CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix eggs, sugar, and pineapple. Sift baking powder and flour together. Add this to egg mixture. Put in oblong pan. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Add topping while cake is still hot.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. coconut

Boil sugar, butter, and milk 2 minutes. Add flavoring then pecans and coconut. Pour over cake while hot.
