SPINACH SUPREME 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. marjoram
8 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 6.
