1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 round sour dough bread
2 tsp. chopped basil

Cut 1 pound sour dough bread round in half horizontally. Preheat broiler. Mix mayonnaise, cheese and garlic to blend. Arrange bread halves, cut side up on cookie sheet. Butter bread. Broil until crisp and brown. Spread cheese mixture over bread. Broil until top is puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with basil. Cut into wedges. Enjoy.
