BANANA FROSTING 
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. mashed banana
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. confectionery sugar
1-2 drops yellow food coloring

Mix butter, salt, vanilla and about 1/3 of the sugar. Add banana and rest of sugar alternately, mixing until it is smooth and creamy.

Add more sugar to thicken it and add more banana to thin it out.

1/4 cup milk may be substituted for the banana if desired.
