PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. cooked rotelle pasta
1 chopped bell pepper
1 sliced sm. red onion
2 carrots, julienne cut
3/4 c. broccoli flowerets
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 c. cubed cheese (Swiss or mild Cheddar)
3/4 c. cubed pepperoni
1 c. bottled Italian dressing
Any other vegetables desired

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss to mix. Chill at least 2 hours. Toss again before serving. Serves 8.
