1 c. Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Mix the above ingredients until smooth. In large bowl mix potatoes, 1 cup celery, 1/2 cup onion, 4 hard-cooked eggs. Toss. Add dressing and refrigerate.
