BEEF BURGUNDY | |
4 lb. round steak, cut into cubes 1 c. burgundy wine 2 cans cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. onion soup mix 4 c. sliced mushrooms Marinate meat in wine 1/2 hour at room temperature. Put meat in 5-quart casserole. Mix rest of the ingredients. Pour over meat and mix. Bake at 275 degrees for 4 hours or until tender. |
