SHRIMP THERMIDOR 
8 c. shrimp, boiled
6 c. white sauce
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
4 cans mushrooms, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
Grated American cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute vegetables and mushrooms in butter. Add shrimp and seasonings. Place in casserole. Cover with white sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
