BREAST OF CHICKEN ON RICE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces (or frozen)
1 env. (1 1/2 oz.) Lipton onion soup mix
4 chicken breasts halves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soup and milk; reserve half of mixture. Mix remaining soup mixture with rice, mushrooms including liquid, and half of onion soup mix. Pour into oblong baking dish. Place breasts on top. Pour reserved soup mix over chicken; sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. Cover. Bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 4.
