SWEDISH COOKIES 
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. butter
1/3 c. coffee cream

FILLING:

1/4 c. butter
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix flour, butter and cream as for pie crust. Roll out thin and cut with small glass (about 1 1/2 inch in diameter). Dip in granulated sugar and bake at 350 degrees about 8 to 10 minutes (watch them). Put two together with filling. Tint if desired.
