LINDA'S SUPER POTATOES 
8 or 9 lg. spuds, cooked, peeled & grated

Heat:

1/2 c. butter
2 c. half and half
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1/2 - 1 c. Ricotta cheese
2 tsp. salt

Mix to melt cheese. Stir into spuds. Bake in 9"x13" pan 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Last 10 minutes spread extra grated cheese over top.
