RECEPTION SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 box lemon Jello
2 pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 sm. can pimentos (or maraschino cherries)
2/3 c. chopped nuts
Pinch of salt
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Dissolve Jello with juice from pineapple. Heat juice to boiling point and stir in the Jello. Let cool. Add pineapple. Mix together Philadelphia cream cheese, pimentos, nuts and salt. Chill mixture. Stir the 2 mixtures together and chill. Then add 1/2 pint whipped cream.
