1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
2 c. sliced peaches with 1/2 c. sugar

IN deep baking dish, put 1/2 stick of butter and place in the oven while pre- heating. Mix all ingredients together except the peaches sweetened with sugar. Pour batter into the baking dish over melted butter. Place peaches on top of batter. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
