HOT BEAN DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can refried beans
1 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese

Combine ingredients together. Place in 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Top with both cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with taco chips.
