HAM CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. (1 c.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. light cream
2 c. (4 med.) cooked potatoes, diced
2 c. cooked ham, cubed
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Heat cheese and cream in medium saucepan, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat. Stir in potatoes, ham and pimento. Pour into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart baking dish; cover. Bake in a moderate 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
