PEACH COBBLER 
4 c. peaches, drained
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Place peaches in 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine first group of flour, sugar and butter. Stir in milk; cover peaches with batter. Combine cornstarch, water, sugar and butter and pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
