CARAMEL APPLE STREUSEL 
2 med. apples (2 1/2 c.), peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Or use 1/2 of 20 oz. can (1 1/3 c.) apples, drained

Arrange apple slices in a round 1 1/2 quart microwave bowl. Stir together caramel topping, water and lemon juice. Pour over apples.

In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over apple mixture. Cook in microwave oven on high for 5 to 7 minutes or until apples are tender. (If using canned apples, cook 3-5 minutes or until heated through.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
