CHICKEN WINGS MARCELLE 
7 lbs. chicken
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce or red pepper to taste
2 c. soy sauce
2 c. orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut the tips off the chicken wings and put wings in a big baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over the chicken. Marinate for 24 hours. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
