QUICHE 
1 (6 oz.) bag baby shrimp
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
3 tbsp. onion, diced
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. Half & Half
9-inch pie crust
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Bake pie crust according to directions and cool. Line bottom of crust with shrimp. Add cheeses, onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Blend eggs with Half & Half. Pour into crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
