BIG FAT COOKIES 
1 pkg. yellow or chocolate cake mix with pudding
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheet with shortening. Prepare the cake mix as directed on package, except use 1/2 cup water and 2 eggs. Omit salad oil. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons 3 inches apart onto the greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until almost no impression remains when a cookie is touched lightly. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute, then lift the cookies to rack with pancake turner.
