SHEPHERDS PIE | |
2 2/3 c. Minute tapioca 1 1/2 tbsp. pepper 2 tsp. paprika 6 1/4 qt. meat stock, hot 6 1/4 qt. cooked lean beef, cubed 1 1/2 qt. canned tomatoes 1 1/2 qt. sm. whole onions, cooked 3/4 c. minced parsley 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 3 1/2 tbsp. salt 9 qt. mashed potatoes, hot and seasoned 1 3/4 c. melted butter Add Minute tapioca, salt, pepper and paprika to hot stock and boil 1 minute. Add meat and rest of ingredients and mix well. Turn into shallow baking dishes. Cover with layer of mashed potatoes. Brush with melted butter and bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 50. |
