POISSON ORIENTAL 
3-6 oz. canned orange juice concentrate, thawed
2-4 tbsp. Tamari or soy sauce
approx. 1" ginger root, freshly ground

FISH:

4 (8 oz.) white fish fillets (sole, flounder or cod)
salt & pepper
garlic powder
flour or cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter

For Marinade: Mix together orange juice concentrate, soy sauce and ground ginger.

For Fish: Layer fish fillets in 10 x 6 inch glass or ceramic baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and garlic. Cover with marinade. Marinate fish at least 4 hours.
