CRUSTY LEMON PARMESAN CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken pieces in a shallow dish. Combine lemon juice, water, lemon peel, vegetable oil, oregano, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture over chicken and marinate 20 minutes to 1 hour. Chicken should soak up marinade. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 60 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serves 4 to 6.
