TOAD IN THE HOLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Fry sausages lightly brown; pour off extra grease; put aside.

Prepare batter in blender. Blend 1 minute. Place sausages in 9 inch square pan. Pour batter over sausages. Bake in oven 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 4.
