CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 can chunk pineapple
2 c. seedless white grapes
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
1/4 tsp. tarragon

Drain pineapple and save juice. Add all ingredients except peanuts. Mix dressing of 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice and 1/4 teaspoon tarragon. Put on the above. Add peanuts right before serving.
