CHEESECAKE COOKIE BAR 
CRUST:

1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together brown sugar, flour and butter. Add nuts. Mix briefly. Reserve 1/3 cup for topping.

Press remainder into 8"x8" pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Remove from oven.

FILLING: Blend cheese sugar together until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Pour over baked crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Keep in refrigerator. Recipe may be doubled in 9"x13" pan.
