HAZEL'S OVEN OMELETTE 
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1/2 lb. reg. sausage
1 tsp. mustard
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
8 eggs, beaten
3 slices bread, cubed
1 c. cheese, grated

Brown sausage and drain. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour into 8 x 12 inch casserole dish. Spread cheese on top. Option: Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees depending on the cheese. Serve with love.
