PARMESAN CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 sm. bunch of green onions, chopped
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 c. Italian seasonings
1/4 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
8 oz. bag frozen broccoli, thawed

Mix Parmesan cheese and Italian seasonings. Coat chicken and place in bottom of 2 quart baking dish. Set reserve mixture to side. In small saucepan, saute onions in butter. Add flour to thicken into paste; mix in milk and broccoli to mixture, coat and pour over chicken. Sprinkle remaining cheese mixture on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
