CARAMEL POPCORN 
6 c. popcorn, popped fresh
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix butter, brown sugar, cream of tartar, and corn syrup together in saucepan and bring to boil, stirring well. Continue cooking and stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir and pour over fresh popcorn. Put into large pan and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Stir in airtight container.
