HOMEMADE BUTTERMILK BISCUITS | |
3 c. self-rising flour 1 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. butter-flavored Crisco (grease) Sift flour into large bowl. Add butter-flavored Crisco into flour. Add buttermilk. Mix ingredients by hand. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll out dough. Cut into desired size of biscuit. Place on greased pan. Bake at 500 degrees until golden brown. Serves hot. |
