1 1/2 c. lite ice cream
1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar-fee instant pudding (dry)
4 c. peanut butter
1 c. Cool Whip

Soften ice cream and mix in rest of ingredients, pour into a ready prepared graham cracker crust, refrigerate.
