SOURDOUGH STARTER 
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
2 c. flour

Cover with "towel" then let sit overnight. Stir with wooden spoon only. After you have used some of this starter, keep back 1/2 cup starter and add the following ingredients.

2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 c. starter

Let this sit out for 3 days to grow and if you are not going to use this put in refrigerator until you are ready.
