BUNS - ROLLS 
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Soften yeast in lukewarm water. Scald milk. Add shortening (butter), salt and sugar. Cool to lukewarm. Add 2 cups flour and beat well. Add yeast and beaten eggs. Blend thoroughly. Add remaining flour, it makes a soft dough. Place in a greased bowl and let raise until doubled. Punch down and let double again. Shape into buns or rolls. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
