HOT POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon
2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cold water
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, chopped

Boil potatoes. When cold, peel and slice. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until light brown. Remove bacon from pan. Add chopped onion to bacon fat and saute until golden. Remove onion and discard fat.

In large bowl mix all ingredients except potatoes; mix well. Add potatoes and mix lightly. Put into roaster and bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Mix 3 times during baking period. Do not overbake.
