ROASTED GARLIC | |
4 large bulbs of garlic 1/4 c. olive oil (x-tra virgin) 1 1/2 c. rock salt Preheat oven to 425°F degrees, remove most of the skin on the garlic, rub down with olive oil, place in pan, cover and surround with salt, cover bake for 35-45 minutes.
