ITALIAN STYLE WHITE GRAVY 
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups milk
2 tsp. Italian seasoning (McCormick's)

Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add flour and stir until creamy and soft. Add milk and Italian Seasoning and cook until it starts to thicken over medium to low heat.
