MARTHA'S ROULARDEN 
2 beef bouillon cubes
Thinly sliced steaks (1 steak per person)
Salt
Pepper
Raw onions, sliced thin
Bacon, fried crisp
Flour

Cut steaks into thin strips. Salt and pepper both sides of steak slices. Add thin slices of raw onions. Add fried bacon and crinkle bacon onto steak slices - 1 piece of bacon per slice of steak.

Roll meat with bacon and onion and put a toothpick through to hold. Flour rolled meat. Brown meat rolls in frying pan with butter until all sides are brown. Put in deep pot.

Cover with water. Add bouillon cubes and cook 1 hour 15 minutes on medium on stove top. Serve with potatoes, rice or noodles. Thicken gravy from meat with gravy master for more flavor.
