MAYONNAISE BISCUITS 
1 c. self rising flour
2 level tbsp. low calorie mayonnaise
1/2 c. skim milk

Mix all together, but do not over mix. Drop in greased muffin tins. Bake at 450 degrees until brown, about 20 minutes. Makes 6 biscuits.

This is a very good recipe for weight watchers and also convenient when small quantities are needed.
