BROCCOLI-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and well drained
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs

Pour above into an 8 x 12 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. During last 5 minutes, add topping: 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard Sliced water chestnuts

Spread over casserole and bake another 5-10 minutes. Serves 4-6.
