BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1 tsp. salt

Bring water and salt to a boil. Boil macaroni 8 minutes. Drain.

1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
1/4 lb. mild Cheddar, grated
4 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Put a layer of macaroni in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover with layer of cheese. Repeat. Pour butter over macaroni. Mix eggs, milk, and salt. Pour over macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
