PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin or chuck steak
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can tomatoes
1 lb. mushrooms sliced
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
1 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tbsp. butter
1 green pepper, sliced

Place foil in center of baking pan. Spread butter on foil. Cut steak into serving size portions. Arrange on foil. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushrooms, & green pepper.

Mix tomato juice, A-1 sauce and cornstarch. Pour over steak and vegetables. Bring foil up and over. Fold edges to seal.

Bake for 2 hours at 350°F.
