COLE SLAW SOUFFLE | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. cold water 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. finely chopped cabbage 1/2 c. finely diced celery 2-4 tbsp. green or red pepper 1 tbsp. diced onion Prepare Jello, hot water, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and cold water. Let set until thickened. Beat with electric beater until fluffy. Add 1 1/2 cups finely chopped cabbage, celery, peppers, and onion. Chill. Unmold on red cabbage. This recipe may be doubled. |
