CRANBERRY BREAD 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 (14 oz.) jar cranberry orange relish

Combine shortening and sugar, add egg then dry ingredients, then relish, nuts and raisins. Bake as cupcakes or loaf at 350 degrees.
