JERKY 
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. smoke flavored garlic salt
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper; optional
2 tsp. brown sugar; optional
3-4 lb. fat free meat

Remove all fat from meat. Slice across grain approximately 1/8 inch thick. Marinate meat in sauce in refrigerator from 24-36 hours. Turn and stir several times. Lay out on drying racks. Will dry in 6-8 hours in dehydrator, or overnight in an electric oven; set on warm with door slightly cracked.
