LOW CAL VEGGIE DIP 
1 (12 oz.) carton low fat cottage cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Thin with a little milk if needed. Serve as dip with fresh vegetables.
